19/3/2020: So, it's been a crazy couple of days. The university has effectively gone into full lockdown, the Games Academy is shut, and toilet paper is evaporating from the shop shelves.
Out of that, however, some nice things arise. It's been a bit tough to get into a mindset to do work, but today I managed it, and I finished UVing my shop. The trick was saying I can only go on a video game once I've completed a task, and I decided to complete my shop's UVs.
The resulting map is below.
Most of the pieces have been stacked on top of each other: this means that when they are textured, those pieces will share the same texture and look uniform. This will help the building look cohesive as a single piece while reducing the number of draw calls needed and increasing the quality of the texture that can be applied.
I'm quite proud of myself! Next stop: hopefully, some textures!
